God is working behind the scenes for YOU

I want to share with you how God is always working on our behalf and for our good. Jeremiah 29:11″-For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Earlier this year my hubby and I went to wedding in Chicago. Normally when we fly we get a non stop flight so we don’t take a chance of missing a flight. This time my hubby mistakenly book a connecting flight. We had to change planes in St Louis. We only had time for a potty break and then get new flight. We got on our flight and took a seat in the front row. The plane was full. So while we were waiting for the other passengers to board an older gentleman went past us to go to the restroom in the front.
When he returned back I looked up at him. He looked just like my father who passed in 1975. A little history. My father was married previously before he married my mom. He had the first set of kids which were almost 20+ years older than we were. You see my mom and dad were 20 years apart in age. What can I say Mr. Lester Logan had it going on. Any way. So we had never been really close to our older sisters and brothers. (I never call them step because I don’t like that terminology). We had lost touch over the years. We spoke occasionally on the phone but had not seen each other in some time.
When this gentleman walked past I asked what his name was. He looked so much like my dad-Lester Logan. The man answered that his name was Logan. I said immediately I am your sister. We have the same dad. He looked confused and surprised. He was all the way in the back of the plane and we were in the front. We waited for Him by the baggage claim. we began to talk and YES it was my brother. Can you believe that. so many things had to line up for us to be together in that baggage claim. You can call it luck or coincidence if you like. But I call it the hand of God moving in my life to help complete me.
We had recently moved to Tuscaloosa Alabama following the instructions of the Lord. I found out that he was moving back from years of living in California. We now live less than 2 hours away. 2 Hours.
My sister(she lives outside of Atlanta) and I traveled to MS this past weekend for a family picnic that my big brother and relatives were having. We got to meet family and reconnect to people we met when we were kids. We also had a chance to meet new cuzins and relatives and their families. All I can say is WOW. I am so thankful for this chance to reconnect. 2 hours away. They just might get tired of me. I plan on going again in September. I just returned from a family reunion with my moms kids in July and now one in August. God is so good . ♥ He knows how to do and what to do. Follow his lead thru storm and dark into the light.
